What is Grace?

A friend sent this to me and i said to myself i need to share this with everyone so here it is:
          Grace is the love and mercy given to us by God because God desires us to have it, not because of anything we've done to earn it. It means undeserved kindness from God to man the moment he(man) sees he is unworthy of God's favour. It is the condescension or benevolence shown by God to human race. It is a spontaneous gift from God to man.
          Grace is an attribute of God that is most manifest in the salvation of sinners, as it is in the book of Ephesians 2:8 that 'God saved you by his GRACE when you believe. And you cant take credit for this; it is a gift from God." Grace is the voice that calls us to change and then gives us the power to pull it off. Grace is not simply leniency when we've sinned, Grace is the enabling gift of God not to sin.. Grace is power, not just pardon. Saving us is the greatest and most concrete demonstration of God's love, the definite display of His Grace throughout time and eternity.
          success and victory in life is not entirely because of our hard work or intellect, it's of the grace of God.
          Grace is the most valuable asset in the race of life.
          Grace terminated disgrace and turns ridicules to miracles.
          Grace doesn't always choose the qualified , but it qualifies the chosen.
          Grace singles out a man out of the crowd.
          Grace provides.
          Grace keeps you on your toes.
